The Wandering Sandochas Society

The Wandering Sandochas Society is a new series of lunchtime events making playful reference to the film Dead Poets Society combined with ‘sandes’, the Portuguese word for sandwich.

Initiated by two of our fellows, Dr. Mariana Tavares, and António Dias, the aim of these sessions is to serve as a forum where students can bring different perspectives and theories on a common subject. The inaugural session had the following theme: “Stagflation – Is it the credibility of institutions that is at stake?”
