Omar

Omar is a first-year student enrolled in our Business and Management BSc. After completing secondary school in Ireland, he took two years off to reflect and decided to recommit to his education while continuing to explore Europe. Forward College was the perfect choice for him to fulfill both desires.

In 2020, Omar helped open a medical clinic in three cities across Ireland, focusing on marketing, supply chain management, and customer service. Aspiring to launch his own enterprises, he is excited to find inspiration and build his skillset during his three years at Forward College.

During his time at Forward, Omar has taken on the role of Student Life Representative. He enjoys organizing events and running student clubs.

Why did he join Forward College?
Omar was drawn to Forward College because of the opportunity to combine his academic ambitions with hands-on experiences, develop entrepreneurial skills, and engage with an international community.

Outside of Forward College
Omar is currently working on a fashion brand start-up as a personal project to hone his design skills and gain business experience. In his free time, he enjoys playing games and sports, exploring Lisbon, and learning Portuguese.
