David
Meet David from Germany
David is a Double Bachelor’s student on our BSc Politics & Economics and Business & Leadership programme.
In his second year, as part of his digital project, David, along with his peers, developed an app called Mintensity, aimed at minimising household emissions, and has been selected for a startup accelerator programme.
During the summer of 2024, David interned at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action
Why did he join Forward College?
After his high school experience in Bosnia and Herzegovina through United World College and completing one year at a Canadian university, he decided to join Forward College because of its small-classroom, discussion-focused approach. Compared to his previous university, the teaching fellows at Forward are able to provide him with more individual support, feedback, and recognition. Additionally, Forward offers him the opportunity to explore and discover three countries—something he was very interested in.
Outside of Forward College
In his free time, David enjoys flying gliders and is involved in the fight against the climate crisis.
