Rita Marques

Rita holds a Bachelor’s in Geography and Regional Planning as well as a postgraduate degree in Metropolisation, Strategic Planning, and Sustainability from Nova University in Lisbon.

Feeling the need to experience living abroad, she worked as an Au-Pair in England, where being in contact with children, and a different culture triggered her interest in educational methods. On returning to Portugal, she took a course offered by Porto Montessori School to become a Montessori Assistant.

Rita Marques supports Forward College as a Campus Administrator, where she is responsible for helping the team members settling in Lisbon, and the day-to-day running of campus facilities. Having this role also allows her to be in contact with these innovative learning and teaching strategies that Forward employs.
