Kristell Belloir

Kristell Belloir is a legal professional and lecturer with strong international experience. She teaches English and American law at Université Panthéon-Assas, training master’s students in the fundamentals of common-law legal systems in English. A former General Counsel of Grand Marnier, she oversaw complex matters in English and French in corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, and compliance. She also has experience as an attorney, notably in intellectual property at EY and in the United Kingdom. She holds an LL.M. from King’s College London and is committed to advancing legal education in an international context.
