Allan Gwozdz

Allan has built his career in international higher education. He began at a language programs company in Amsterdam, before moving to Paris to work at a French engineering school. There, he oversaw international recruitment, developed global partnerships, and supported students throughout their mobility experiences.

With a background in international relations and academic exchanges in Buenos Aires, Spain, and Poland, Allan joined Forward to help students navigate this unique intercultural journey.

Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, running through Paris, and discovering new films on the big screen.
