Founder and President

Boris began his career in the French Government – as Auditor at the Cour des Comptes, and Advisor to the Finance Minister – after which he took up a consultant role at McKinsey, where he worked in various sectors (banking, insurance, high tech, and Government). In 2004, he co-founded and led the charity Frateli (now Article 1), which, each year, helps more than 150,000 students from underprivileged backgrounds to access and complete higher education. In parallel, Boris founded Dual Conseil, a leading strategy consultancy in the field of higher education.

He holds degrees from Sorbonne University (BA in philosophy), ESSEC Business School (Master in Management), and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA). He also holds a PhD in management. He is married and a father of three which occasionally leaves him some spare time for playing the piano.
