Dr. Sophie Metz
Lecturer in Psychology
Dr Sophie Metz possesses a solid academic background, having earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master Degree in Psychology. In 2021, she finished her PhD, which investigated early traumatization in female patients with borderline personality disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder, at Freie Universität Berlin. She is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the institute of medical psychology at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, while also taking on the role of a dedicated Lecturer. Beside this, she is licensed psychotherapist in cognitive behavioral therapy in Germany.
