Ana Luísa Silva

Ana Luísa Silva is a PhD candidate at CEsA/ISEG (University of Lisbon), and a visiting Professor at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon and at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Ana is both a researcher and practitioner with almost 15 years of professional experience in the field of international development cooperation, civil society, and innovation and technology. In addition to experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating innovative solutions with international NGOs in several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, for the last five years she has been carrying out her PhD research on innovation in non-governmental development organizations and networks. She also co-founded Oficina Global, a research to action initiative to connect civil society organisations with academia.
