Dr. Ana Luísa Silva

Ana Luísa Silva holds a PhD in Development Studies from ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade de Lisboa, and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. Ana is both a researcher and practitioner with 15 years of professional experience in the field of international development cooperation, civil society, and innovation and technology. In addition to experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating innovative solutions with international NGOs in several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, she also co-founded Oficina Global, a research to action initiative which aims to connect civil society organisations with academia and support them in their journey towards global change.
