Jean-Claude Le Grand is the Executive Vice President in charge of Human Relations at L’Oréal. Jean-Claude has been a leading advocate for Diversity, Parity, and Inclusion: he created L’Oréal’s Global Diversity Department in 2006 and was an early member of the Committee for the Measurement of Diversity and the Fight against Discrimination. Jean-Claude is also a member of the Advisory Board of Korn Ferry and of the High Council for Equality between Women and Men.
