Alenoush is Professor Emerita of Educational Psychology at McGill University in Montréal, Canada, and the current Director of the McGill International Institute of Education.
She has built an international reputation in the area of professional learning of academics, pedagogical development and academic leadership. She has served as a consultant to various international organizations including the World Bank, the OECD-OCDE, and UNESCO, contributing to higher education reform projects and initiatives.
