"The future belongs to those who are humble enough to learn and relearn our humanity"

Sheryl Foo

Personal Development is focused on building human intelligences that prepare students with skills and mindsets for adaptive futures.

Students develop high self-awareness and resilience, cultural competency, and an approach to leadership that is impact-oriented, practical, empathetic, and collaborative.

The programme enables the students to discover their unique assets and talents in order to shape meaningful futures – for themselves and the world.

Approach

  • Discovering a student’s unique assets, talents, values, and preferences
  • Reflective exercises and activities to help students design their personal and professional life
  • Identifying beneficial habits and practices, and then putting these into action to realise goals
  • Identifying growth areas and creating individualized development plans through coaching

Forward 360 Skills Assessment

The Forward 360 Skills Assessment is a psychometric tool which focuses on five intelligences – social, emotional, cognitive, practical, and digital.

This tool allows students to regularly self-assess their aptitude and with the guidance of personal tutors, set goals and aspirations.
