Had I stayed in my home country, I don’t think I would have experienced the same level of personal and academic growth. At Forward, I’ve had the chance to meet people from all over the world, each bringing their own unique perspectives and experiences.What sets Forward apart, though, is the sense of openness and support. It’s a place where curiosity is encouraged, and where you genuinely feel comfortable approaching your professors: whether it’s to ask a question, share an idea, or simply have a conversation. That kind of learning environment is rare, and it’s made all the difference for me.

Studying Data Science & Business Analytics at Forward College, I am learning skills beyond my interest and experiences in both these broad fields, mainly, analysing systems using data, focusing on business development/management. These core skills along with programming, machine learning, and management provide me a strong foundation for future specialisation and career opportunities.

Data Science and Business Analytics at Forward College was an appealing choice for me, as data analysis is a highly sought-after skill in today’s technology-driven world. Additionally, the autonomous learning approach at Forward College offers the opportunity to foster independent thinking, deep understanding, and collaboration. Finally, this holistic model equips me with both technical skills and socio-emotional competencies for future success.

I didn’t expect just how much Forward would shape my journey. It gave me the chance to explore areas well beyond data science, from negotiation to languages and cultures. Through the Year 3 consulting project, I was introduced to Zypp, where I now work as a Data Scientist helping companies use data more effectively. I’m grateful for the experiences and opportunities Forward made possible.
