Measuring what matters: insights from happiness research – Talk by Micah Kaats
Micah Kaats, a PhD candidate in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, gave a talk on what happiness research reveals about measuring what truly matters. Drawing on his work at the Wellbeing Research Centre at Oxford University and the Happiness Research Institute in Copenhagen, he explored the determinants of wellbeing and the importance of social connections. Through insights from large-scale international studies, the talk highlighted how happiness research can inform public policy and our understanding of a fulfilling life.
