Talk by L’Oréal

We welcomed Michael Kienle, L’Oréal’s Vice President of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, and Rainer Iveson, Director of the Global Talent Acquisition Team to our Paris campus.

During their visit, they met with our students and shared insights into their careers at L’Oréal and advised on the selection criteria they employ to identify top candidates.
They emphasised that skills such as resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, curiosity, and agility are the main qualities they are looking for during this process.

Accompanying Rainer and Michael was Adrià, an intern at L’Oréal, who shared firsthand experiences of working with the company. He stressed the importance of building a network at L’Oréal, and gave some tips such as allocating time for networking activities during coffee breaks and lunches.

The session ended with an open floor to questions and a discussion on how to identify a position that aligns best with individual strengths and aspirations.
