Forward College offers more than a traditional university experience. Students receive a world-class education and embark on a unique journey across three countries, living, learning, and forming lifelong friendships as a close-knit group of 100+ through Lisbon, Paris, and Berlin.

An expedition across three European cities:

Our programme is designed to nurture your curiosity, enrich your understanding, and help you build bridges across different contexts.

In each of the three countries, you will be asked to engage with the context of the city in which you will be living. Through cultural and language classes, field trips, guest speakers, and partnerships with local organisations, you will learn while broadening your cultural horizons. Additionally, you will study and live together with your peers from over 30 different nationalities, building a truly international community. As for housing, Forward College partners with student residences in each country to guarantee accommodation for all students.

Year 1: Lisbon

You will start in Lisbon, one of the safest cities in Europe, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and welcoming culture. A city where tradition meets innovation, Lisbon is home to a growing international community, offering an affordable and inspiring environment for students.

The Lisbon Learning Centre, where students attend classes, is spread across two locations, both in the city centre. Meanwhile, the student residence, where students live, is located in Benfica, a 20-minute metro ride from the Learning Centres.

Year 2: Paris

You will spend your second year living in Paris, Europe’s economic centre. Paris is famously known as one of the most beautiful cities in the world and consistently ranked among the world’s top 10 cities for students.

Here students live and study at Cité Internationale Universitaire, situated in the 14th Arrondissement in the south of the city. The Learning Centre is located at Maison Internationale, just a few minutes away from the residences.

Year 3: Berlin

In your final year, you will live in the European Union’s most populous city: Berlin, a bustling international metropolis known for its cultural offerings. The German capital is also now home to some of the world’s biggest companies, and is a tech and creative hub that will be the perfect place for you to finish your studies and get ready for the world of work.

In Berlin students study at the Cambridge Innovation Centre (CIC) in Kreuzberg. Forward College has partnered with multiple student residences around the city, guaranteeing a range of options from shared apartments to private rooms or studios.
