Jeffrey Sampson

Jeffrey brings broad international experience to Forward College working with businesses, leaders, and partners in Australia, US, Asia, and Europe. Before joining Forward College, Jeffrey led the Global Learning and Development function at Christie’s in London. Prior to Christie’s, he worked for Fast Retailing in Tokyo as the Chief Learning Officer, where he led an effort to transform their Learning and Development function. He also spent 14 years in the high-tech sector, most notably at Apple, Inc. for 11 years, where he held a number of Learning and Development leadership roles including Global Head of People development and Senior Director of Apple University. He also worked for 14 years in the retail sector, including eight years with Gap, Inc., in management and in Learning and Development. 

Jeffrey is also a seasoned organisational development consultant specialising in the areas of leadership, change management and strategy. He and his team developed and launched the first ever App for Christie’s employees called “Compass,” which teaches colleagues how to understand, develop, and apply Christie’s Leadership Model with their work. 

In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys theatre, reading, and gardening.
