After studying Management at ESSEC Business School, Adrien Cascarino participated in the experimentation and implementation of the reform of the french Minimum Social Benefits, the “Revenu de Solidarité Active”. He then decided to study psychology and became a clinical psychologist, then a doctor of psychology and now teaches at ESSEC and at the University of Paris Cité. In parallel, he carried out several missions in West Africa and started working for ATIA in 2013, first as a field project manager in the Philippines for 2 years and then as a technical support officer in India and Madagascar for 5 years. Since January 2021, he is co-director of ATIA.
Adrien joined Forward College in 2022 and has since taught Understanding Individual Differences at Forward’s Paris campus.
