Katarzyna Cywińska

Katarzyna Cywińska holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Economic Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is an alumna of Forward College, where she completed a Double Bachelor’s in Economics & Politics (LSE) and Business & Leadership in 2024. During her master’s, her research focused on young people’s transitions to adulthood, higher education, and the social and economic conditions shaping early careers. She is particularly interested in how institutions can better support students in making informed and meaningful choices about their futures. 

Katarzyna works as an Admissions and Recruitment Officer at Forward College, where she engages with students, counsellors, and school leaders across Europe. Her work continues to centre on understanding how young people approach educational and career decisions and how they prepare for today’s graduate economy.

Outside of her professional role, Katarzyna supports students with university applications and personal statements, develops her language skills in German and Finnish, and is actively involved in community and professional initiatives in Finland, where she is based.
