Aman Zaidi

Aman is a Teaching Fellow at the Lisbon campus. One of his specialties is Experiential Education, a methodology he uses to bring increased safety, participation, dialogue, reflection and application into the classroom.

Aman is a former business executive whose enthusiasm for helping humans thrive led him to transition into the field of Leadership and Organisation Development. Now he shares everything he practised and witnessed in the corporate world with students and participants to prepare them to have flourishing lives and careers and to create a future-fit world of work.

Aman is passionate about Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Applied Positive Psychology and Wellbeing in Organisations, and has supported organisations such as Vodafone, Teleperformance, Panasonic, Daimler, Randstad, John Deere, TCS and many others in their pursuit of enhanced outcomes in these
areas. He has also coached CXOs, founders and professionals to clarify goals, identify strategies and generate greater impact in their careers and personal lives.

In the past, he has taught Positive Psychology to participants of the TISS-ODA Organisation Development Certification Programme. He has spoken at TEDx on using strengths psychology to create thriving individuals and institutions.

Aman is accredited on three world-class psychometric tools, is a graduate of the prestigious Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice, has a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from the University of South Florida and an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Maharashtra.

Apart from his professional pursuits, he is keenly interested in archaeology,anthropology and history, and in living in harmony with nature.
